Comic Sans Is Divine

Imagine my surprise when I went looking for Comic Sans MS for Linux and I came upon this web page that was dedicated to banning Comic Sans MS from the Internet.  That's like banning mirth from comedy.  There was even a site that claimed that Comic Sans MS was used by child molesters, therefore, it was bad.  Had this person ever heard the term guilt by association?  Or the ad hominem fallacy?  Obviously this person is an idiot like you know who.

So, why so much dislike for such an innocent font?  I don't know, but these people should really get a life.  In their honor I've changed my entire site, except headers and titles, to use Comic Sans MS.  Or, I should say just to spite them.  Maybe I'm missing something here.  No, I'm not.  Of all the dastardly things that are out there, like Blackwater, Haliburton, Dick Cheney, and BP, they would devote so much energy to ban this poor little innocent font from the Internet.  Idiots, I say.

Therefore, here's a sample of Comic Sans in italics, in bold, underlined, stricken, in superscript, in subscript, and... well I think there are more but I just don't have the time.

And if you're like me, and you want to see Comic Sans MS in Linux (which is really easy to install if you can install via RPM) here's a link to get it.  Spread this around, please, because I don't want serious idiots to ruin the Internet by banning things that really are not that important, and that truly does not matter.  Small minds think very small.
